I’ve clapped up to 50! I love to eat red meat/poultry, but I’ve had eaten meet much less for my own health. I’ve very bad menstrual cramps and sored breast weekd before having my menstruation. After one month before the next menstrual cycle, I stopped to eat all kinds of meat, but I kept organic dairy(cheese and yaourt) and my breasts didn’t swollen neither sored before my peroid!

So even (for me) organic meat has their normal amount of hormones that adding up to my own sored up my breasts.Which is really painful especially when you sleep on your stomach…
