Thank you for this, I’ve realized that even the organic meat gives me a terrible PMT, as well the standard meat, red ou poultry. I’ve none PMT symptoms when I go a whole month prior without eating any meat…Organic cheese though so far, for me, it’s okay concerning the PMT, which I consider my own “organic food test”…
