Thanks Maida! It’s made me laugh but it’s very sad actually!

Even though these books were addressed and read by an upper class, collateral effects passed on to the society as a whole.

I single with no kids, and I’m seen with much perjoratives adjectives then in 1958.

Mother who works are nowdays as much as mothers who gave up their jobs to be at home.
