Why the second guy, who apologied to you can not be a witness that Jacob and himself raped you? If he really wants to come to good terms with you and take responsability to the harm they’ve done to you.

Now, about keeping going out with him the 3 days afterwards, it’s not necessary a point (like somebody had posted here below) that you haven’t been raped. The raper just acted like out the next day (s) like a nice guy, no big deal whatever had happened, and the victim plays along for many reasons, as denile, not “making a scene”, etc.
