You’re question speaks tones! What I meant is dealing everything single day with every single person you I do speak to, at the bakery shop etc, with an accent, I’m “a foreigner”, which in my account is taken perjoratively most of the time. Well, been a woman for some issues, whether is you born country or not could have the same problems. And then, I have to tell my brain that the bad situations lived in the past, were in the past and try :” All because the short-term benefit of avoiding discomfort, has the long-term consequence of teaching and reinforcing untrue beliefs” !

Nick, is way much easier to write about than living it!
